With over two decades of experience in operations and finance, Charlie is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Charlie’s career was built on coaching. He is a former D1 Track and Field athlete and two-time state champion. From his athletic days to his operations roles, his mindset has always been about the process.
His expertise in Lean Six Sigma, automation, and supply chain management has enabled him to deliver significant results for businesses across various industries. Charlie’s military background and strong work ethic have instilled in him a commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
